Automated detection and statistical study of solar radio spikes

The most typical observational features of solar radio spikes are their short duration and narrow bandwidth. We have improved the YOLOv5s network model for these characteristics by adding inclined bounding frames attention feature fusion mechanism modules. decimeter- meter-wavelength observed Solar Broad-band Radio Spectrometer in Huairou Chashan Observatory spectrograph used to carry out experiments, respectively. results demonstrate that AP value obtained is 74%, which almost 14% higher than original network. detects 9709 (1379) (meter-) wavelength two events with durations, bandwidths, relative frequency-drift rates. at decimeter meter wavelengths again categorized based on rates, such as positive, negative, no measurable carried a statistical study spikes. These findings constrain spikes’ formation.
